1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering on the AGRO-FIT PH terminal portal managed by Peak Holdings International Corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using or registering an operator account.

2. Operator Account Obligations

Registered operators are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their account passwords and unique operator codes. Any actions performed via your account credentials remain your sole responsibility.

3. Referral Code Validation

New registrations require a valid and active operator referral code. Any attempt to bypass, spoof, or manipulate referral constraints constitutes a violation of security protocols and will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Authorized Use

The system is strictly designated for authorized personnel engaged in agricultural distribution tracking and telemetry operations. Unauthorized extraction, penetration testing, or reverse engineering of platform scripts is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Peak Holdings International Corporation shall not be held liable for network interruptions, transmission latency, or hardware failures outside its administrative control.
